• So I am giving this 4 stars because the pixel quality is great! Used it on our honeymoon great photos, very clear and nice. I like that it has multiple functions and video records. It was really fun to use for just point and shoot situations. I enjoyed the recordings we got (I did lose them though after they were on my computer but that was my error) It\'s small enough so it doesn\'t take up a lot space. Has a very long zoom. We went to Seaworld and had seats near the back but still could see and everything. When I video taped I got close enough with the zoom to see the whales eye. Really cool zoom feature.Now the con.About after three months from the honeymoon I had limited use with the camera. I didn\'t use it much and than pulled it out for Christmas 2015. Sadly it started giving me trouble. It would flash low battery even with a new battery in it. I had to use Rayovac batteries for it to finally work but it started doing it again Christmas of 2016. I put new batteries in and just prayed that it would work. I forgot to use it Christmas day but used it only for two minutes to take a family photo. So overall it\'s a good camera. Not sure why it has battery trouble but I know that the price has gone down significantly since I bought it. So I would recommend this camera for the pictures and videos it takes. You may have trouble a year or two down the road though.
• I am very happy with this camera! It takes great pictures. The zoom is awesome - I can get pictures of things I can barely even see with my own eyes. I\'m also enjoying the \"Super Macro\" mode for taking very close-up photos of bugs and flowers and such. It takes photos quickly after the click (compared to some other Fujifilm point and shoot cameras I\'ve owned) and has a fairly quick recovery time which is important for me when taking photos of my wiggly kids. Overall, I\'m very happy with this purchase. I only have two cons to report: 1. The size/weight. It won\'t fit in a pocket, and is not practical for keeping in my purse. I knew that when I bought it, and I think the trade-off is worth it for the better photos I\'m getting compared to smaller models. 2. The battery indicator is worthless. It started indicating low batteries within the first few hours of use with brand new batteries, but then continued to take photos with no trouble for weeks. When the batteries really were dead, it began intermittently turning on and immediately off again (not staying on), but when it was on it didn\'t display the low battery icon at all. So I\'ll have to judge your battery status by the camera\'s behavior, and not by the icon. A minor inconvenience, in my opinion.Update after 10 months: Still happy! Great photos. The lens cap doesn\'t stay on at all, which is a nuisance, but a minor one.
