• First I purchased this Used from Amazon. It was discounted $200 from $799 to 599. It was described as Used - Acceptable. All the other Used ones were described as Used - Like New and only discounted $50, so I was reluctant to take a chance on it. I must say that I am very happy that I chose to take a chance.The camera arrived, very quickly I might add, in a plain box and not the original packaging with a little sticker thanking me for giving this product a second life. Upon inspection all accessories were still sealed and the camera was very securely wrapped in bubble wrap. The camera itself looks like it was never even used. I didn\'t find any damage, scratches, blemishes or anything. I unpacked the accessories and; inserted the battery into the camera to charge. I powered on the camera and it works excellent.I watched many reviews about this camera and find that its abilities far outweigh its flaws and I am very happy with my first experience buying a high end electronic device Used on Amazon.
• I bought this as a HUGE upgrade to the macbook webcam for Zoom calls. The difference in image quality with just the kit lens is worth the price. I do finding myself wanting a different lens for more bokeh. The background defocus feature doesn\'t really work. I use it with a Sennheiser MKE 400 mic (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08YS34YRS), which does an amazing job. Together, this is like going from a 1980s 13-inch TV to modern 4k and SONOS. I had no idea how terrible the macbook webcam really is.That said, the user experience is severely lacking.0. This is literally made for vlogging, but it doesn\'t come with a USB cable and it doesn\'t come with an a/c adapter. The a/c adapter from Sony is $100. That\'s insane. You\'d think it would work with just USB connected, but ports with power delivery are at a premium on my hub and the battery dies when plugged into a port without power delivery. Until I find a better solution or break down and buy the a/c adapter, it\'s plugged into my macbook, which creates unnecessary clutter. No like.1. The a/c adapter uses the battery port, so the most expensive a/c adapter I\'ve ever heard of can\'t charge a battery. The only way you can charge a battery with this kit is inside the camera. The Sony battery charger, should you need one, is another $100 dollars. This thing stays mounted above and behind a monitor. I don\'t need one.2. A standard USB cable sticks out the side of the camera and will block the camera display when it is folded out. Annoying. I get around this by using a cable with a right-angle connector. That makes it hard to remove and reinsert, which I wouldn\'t care about, but...3. You have to disconnect and reconnect the usb cable to enable streaming after turning the camera off and back on. This is an entirely unnecessary engineering fail. I like to have my setup dialed in with good cable management. I don\'t appreciate the wear and tear on the cables and connectors. I\'m confident this could be fixed with a firmware update, but I\'m not holding my breath.4. Every time you turn it on, you have to go back through the same menus to select usb streaming. It seems to go to a random place in the menus. This has to be done before connecting the USB cable. So instead of just turning on my computer in the morning, I turn on my computer, turn on my camera, disconnect the USB cable, fish through the menus with 4 to 10 clicks on the camera controls, and reconnect the usb cable.
• This is a really wonderful camera. The files it produces are quite large in the best quality mode(s), but that is to be expected. It doesn\'t always focus extremely quickly, and sometimes if light reflects back at the camera during filming, it throws the camera out of focus. That\'s pretty rare, though, and I\'m very happy with the features as a new vlogger.
• Pictures and videos are PERFECT. A lot of the other comments are mentioning this cameras lacking functions that they desire, but most of those features are that of a $3000 dollar camera, which this is not. This does the job. Its autofocus can be bad in mid-low light, but the manual focus works just fine. The audio quality is great, and the camera just feels really nice in my hands. I can see myself using this for many years to come.
• The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for my first mirrorless camera to make youtube videos for my business as a realtor. I\'ve had it for over 3 months now and I really enjoy it. So easy to use but of course the learning curve when it comes to the settings wasn\'t as bad as I thought, coming from someone who\'s never owned one before. Now the quailty seems good even though it\'s plastic but good quaility and sturdy, I do like the fact that you can change or upgrade to better lenses as well as you can connect external mics to it. Over all guys I definitely recommend this camera whether you\'re looking to do video or just pictures.
• Bought this to be used as a webcam for Twitch / YouTube. Paired this with a dummy battery in order to power the camera as its used instead of relying on batteries, this works great as a webcam! Quality is awesome.
• This is a great camera the quality of the photos are really good as well as for videos.
