• I\'ve been a Canon fan since an old sd880 point and shoot. Moved up to a T2i and then T4i. Excellent cameras. I got caught up in the mirrorless craze and about a year ago, canon was behind the competition and i went with a Panasonic gx85. One positive for the gx85: amazing camera stabilization. However, the autofocus for video SUCKS. After a year, i started to notice that a lot, if not most, of the pictures i\'d taken years ago, even with the t2i, looked better than the gx85 (i was using the pana 20mm lens). i decided to go back to canon, and even considered the 77d. As i\'m reviewing pictures, i am beyond satisfied with the decision to go with the m6. The m6 with the em-f 22m lens is great. sure, i miss the in-body stabilization, and i wish it had 4k video. that\'s why i give this camera 4 stars (and the picture review takes a second too long). But for results, this camera produces extremely clear photos, and the autofocus in videos blows the panasonic away.
• I wanted a replacement for my Canon G12, but wanted to use my standard EOS lenses. I bought the EOS -M adapter and also the EVF-DC2 viewfinder. The viewfinder will make taking pictures with my standard lenses easier as I won’t have to hold the camera out at arms length to see the image on the display. A much more stable platform. Love the image quality and the capabilities of this body. Everything I was looking for.
• Great camera! Love the tilt up screen, small size, and build quality. The new control knobs for the manual operating modes are very easy and intuitive. The touch screen system is great. I own an earlier model M1 and the focusing on this M6 is very fast and accurate. The WiFi link to a smart makes moving pics to the phone fast. I take lots of travel pictures and they have been great with this camera.
• The reason I’m giving it a 3 stars is because after a month of having it. The camera became available in monthly payment options as well as a lower price.

• This is one of smaller Canon APS-C mirrorless camera that can Vlog with right setup because of DPAF auto focus.First of all, you would need EF-M 11-22 IS STM lens and record at 1080p but if you move a lot you have to turn on digital anti shake(kind of like what you use in the phone).For Best result is to use with Gimbals like DJI ones and turn off digital anti shake. Since it\'s 2022, so if you need 4K video for vlog, then it\'s not suitable, but it\'s great for general use like vacation video, vlog, photography with good native lens. EF-M 18-150mm IS STM will be good to pair with it along with the wide angle lens.

• I used to shoot weddings in the 80\'s with a motorized Pentax 645 and everything from T2i, 7D, 5mk2, 6D and now 5Ds. While other people can use APSC, I found that I can only used full frame DSLR for Photoshop, therefore I have gave up on APSC.After selling all of my APSC 8 years ago, I gave this M6 (2 copies from Canon) another chance with my full frame lens:1. Yes, bright light shots are now almost as sharp as the 6D and to the point that you can almost see the mosquitos on the branch that are barely visible before cropping.2. Then I took inside a church and it practically failed. DP review says the low light noise is mediocre, more like horrible compare to the worst 7D. I\'m not sure whether both copies were bad or because of Jesus. Canon just focus too much on sharpness and really compromise the noise.Though I\'m disappointed that I can\'t join the mirrorless crow with my good lens / flash and have to lug the heavy 5Ds. Basically it\'s a sharp lovely small APSC under bright light, with buttons placement like a dream, without the \"wow\" factors from the 6D or 5Ds.The other thing is I have family photos from the 50\'s that are razor sharp as a few of my lens on my 5Ds. Is this the degenerate glass ceiling of DSLR or incessable supply demand. I have to wait another 8yrs Canon ?
