- I have never been so infuriated with a product or company before like I am with my SPYPOINT flex. This camera randomly loses connection with the network then it will kill the batteries trying to reconnect to it. Almost every time it updates the camera, it stops communicating with my app. I have had to go back into the woods multiple times a week to troubleshoot this camera. It will work fine for a few days the it will completely stop working. The app will tell me that it has 90% battery left and then stop communicating or sending pictures. I’m going to go back to go back to using the my old(non-cellular) cameras because this one is completely unreliable, even with the solar panel hooked up. I spend more time in the woods checking on this camera then I do checking any other camera that I have. It was a complete waste of money and SPYPOINT customer service is an absolute joke. You can’t even get in touch with anyone, instead you spend all day in a que, or get hung up on, or have the conversation time out when trying to chat with a rep on their website. Just spend the money on a nice quality (non-cellular) camera and save yourself the headache.
- camera works with AA batteries but can\'t get the solar panel to power the camera. I charged the solar panel (solar panel doesn\'t not come with a charge cord by the way) and have tried hooking up the solar panel with and without the AA batteries. Will be returning the combo once I go retrieve the equipment from the ranch
- I am missing power adapter. So I can’t power up camera. And SIM cards not in camera
- Camera is an excellent cellular trail cam but the description was very deceptive. There is NO \"on demand\" capability. (The reason I chose this camera was for the on demand feature claim) I like the spypoint app and have other spypoint cams.
- I have had this camera for 2 seasons now. It works great. Programmable for photo type (photo, video, burst, or time lapse). Programmable delay. Had a few issues when I first got it with loosing connection but once we got the firmware updated this thing has been a rockstar. I just bought 2 more and they work absolutely fine. Do not spend $300 on a camera. This one out performs my tacticam and stealthcam, and my moultrie.
