- This camera may not be as great as you\'re thinking, so adjust your expectations and you\'ll be happy.Despite the listed megapixel resolution, it is not a 12MP camera. It shoots exactly like the old 640x480 cameras from the pre-flip phone days. Very low resolution, bad color capture and poor light collection ability. As many/most camera advertisements do these days, the claimed higher MP size is simply done thru digital image interpolation performed on the original photo capture, ...and not done very well at that. This is not Photoshop, so no matter how much that initial photo resolution is multiplied, it will never be much better than the original, and can even be worse. Adjusting the photo resolution size in the settings menu makes very little difference, so don\'t look for anything more than poor quality photos and videos. Settings include size (2M-48M), Capture Timer (off, 2, 5 or 10 sec), Resolution (1080P, 720P or VGA), Time Stamp (on/off), Language, Screen Bright, LCD Off (off, 1, 2 or 3), Auto Off (off, 3 or 5 minutes), Volume (see below), Format, Date/Time, Sys Reset, and Version.Secondly, the cameras does play music files, which is a plus I guess. The problem is that the camera speaker is buried inside and has about the volume amplitude of an earbud at its highest, so it is VERY hard to hear anything unless the camera is held close to your ear and there is no competing background noise. I contacted the seller regarding this \"feature\" but have not received a reply after several weeks.However..., it was only $20, so how can I argue with that? We got it for our 2.5 yo granddaughter and she LOVES it! It didn\'t take very long for her to figure out how to use it and she is always taking pictures (\"Smile\", \"Say cheese!\") or listening to the handful of nursery songs I loaded onto the memory card. The camera size is perfect for her little hands and she wears it around using the included neck lanyard. She is learning to aim better and time her shots, so this is a good trainer camera investment at its least. We also purchased a 2nd camera as a gift for a 5yo family friend.This little camera seems rugged enough for the price, comes with a 32GB SD card (enough for thousands of pics) and a USB2 SD card reader. I adjusted the settings to turn the camera off after 5 minutes of non-use and it will function through the day (or several hours) until recharging with the included USB cable. It utilizes a 2nd rear facing CCD camera in the \"viewfinder\" to take selfies of like quality. It also includes five simple games that may vary from unit to unit (Tetris, Breakout, etc.) and are unsuited to fat fingers and Grandfather reflexes.Lastly, this camera appears to be the same as many others sold for varying prices from different sellers. For $20 I\'d go for it again.
- It\'s very cute! The buttons are kind of confusing, not going to lie. And it\'s much smaller than I was expecting. We bought it for my daughter to use on vacation, but it was hard for her to figure out. Having to turn it on and off to switch modes. Picture quality is alright. Kind of reminds me of those long cameras in the 90\'s that would print you out the picture strip. But she loves pretending to be a photographer like mom!
- I got this as a gift for my 6 year old daughter. She loves that she can take her own pictures and be able to view them. She enjoys showing them to the entire family. The camera takes decent pictures perfect for their age. The pictures can be uploaded with USB to a computer if you want to print or upload them but she\'s perfectly happy just viewing them on her camera. The camera comes with a really short cord to charge but it can be charged with any micro usb charger. I\'ve gotten three more of these for gifts for her classmates and friends turning 6-7. Its a perfect price and a big hit with the age group.
- My child loves the camera and uses it constantly to capture memories. The camera is durable, comes with a great memory card, and captures life from my child\'s perspective. It is a great value and I\'ve been very pleased with it thus far. It\'s also making my child much more interested in not just taking pictures but posing for pictures that I take.
- Believe it or not I didn’t buy this product for a child, but instead myself. The video and picture quality (which are great for something for a child) reminded me of the old photos and vhs tapes. I bought this to give my videos and photos that type of look and love it. Phones these days take great pictures, so there’s really no need for one of those fancy cameras unless you’re really into photography/videography, but this miniature lightweight camera is so easy for me to bring everywhere. I was spending tons of money on disposable cameras and then spending more money and waiting a while to get the photos developed. However, now with this camera, I get that same look and it was a one time price. Because of how cute and small it is, I still get the fun reaction I did when pulling out a disposable camera at a party.Additionally I would have 100% bought this for my god daughter as well, but of course she already had one! In fact she showed me hers (a 3 year old) and I told her I wanted one too. Anyways, whether your buying it for a child or a silly fun time as an adult, you can’t go wrong!
- We bought this to put in my daughter\'s stocking and my expectations were blown out of the water. It\'s so cute, so easy to use and it\'s amazingly durable for a toddler user. So precious and we will definitely be buying another when our son is older!
- This camera provides so much fun for the adults as well as the children. Funny to see things from a child\'s perspective. Camera seems very sturdy as it has been mishandled a few times and still keeps clicking. Very pleased with this purchase. When we wear this one out, we will purchase another. A 6 month warranty is provided with the camera, so the seller is just as confident as we are with their product. Colors are vibrant, size is perfect for a 2 year old\'s hands. Parents loved the gift as well.
- My 10 year old daughter and her friends spend hours taking and looking at pictures. They have so much fun with it. My 3 year old also loves it! She loves the different backgrounds. It\'s sturdy. It has a lot of setting options.
